Jesper Trolle

Executive Director

Jesper is a vastly accomplished entrepreneurial channel business leader who joined Exclusive Networks as CEO in September 2020. Since starting out in his native Denmark building successful reseller and distribution businesses, Jesper has amassed almost three decades of executive experience and worked around the world at the head of multi-billion-dollar VAD organisations. He was President of the Americas for ECS Arrow prior to joining Exclusive and holds an MBA from the Henley Business School.

Nathalie Bühnemann

CFO

Nathalie Bühnemann holds an Audit and Finance degree from ESCP European School of Management (France) and is certified as a public accountant in France (DEC). Since 2018, she has served as Group Chief Financial Officer of Akka Technologies. Since 2020, she has been supervising the overhead structure of the AKKA group and has also been a member of the board of directors of Akka Technologies. She has also served as Akka Technologies’ (i) Group Finance Director from 2016 to 2019, (ii) Head of Corporate Finance from 2015 to 2016, (iii) Head of Group Reporting, Consolidation and Integration from 2014 to 2016 and (iv) Finance Controller from 2013 to 2014. Prior to joining Akka Technologies, she was a Financial Consultant at PwC from 2001 to 2013.

Laurence Galland

Chief People Officer

Laurence Galland is a HR veteran with over 15 years’ experience, during which she has generated an impressive track record in talent development and business evolution across large international teams. At Exclusive Networks, Laurence is responsible for people development and enabling the human potential of our brightest talent. She creates business value from HR through the application of data-driven strategies and supporting Exclusive’s agile, inclusive and unique business culture: L’Esprit Exclusive.

Paul Eccleston

Chief Business Innovation Officer

Paul joined Exclusive Networks in 2022 with a proven track record in building and scaling successful channel organisations, driving innovation and accelerating growth, especially around cybersecurity, enterprise software, SaaS and cloud technologies. Through his career Paul has amassed a wealth of channel knowledge and experience having held executive leadership roles at Computacenter, SCC and TechData. He founded Nuvias in 2015, scaling it to a multi hundred million dollar business across EMEA in just 5 years.

Justain Bracken

Value Creation Officer

Justain Bracken has over 28 years of global executive and investment experience in Technology, Value Creation, Strategy, and Digital Transformation. He joined Exclusive Networks in April 2025 as Value Creation Officer.

Previously, he served as Executive Director for Technology, Digital, and Innovation at ADQ, and Chief Performance Officer at Nokia. Prior to this he was Senior Partner at KPMG China, where he was Head of Digitalisation China, and Head of Strategy and Deal Strategy Hong Kong. He has also held leadership roles at AB Bernstein, Canada Pension Plan, Smiths Group, BCG, and NASA where he received NASAs exceptional achievement award.

Justain holds a Masters in Astrophysics from University of Wales Cardiff, receiving the Welsh scientist of the year award, and a D.Phil in Atmospheric, Oceanic, and Planetary Physics from Oxford.

Roman Tuma

Chief Revenue Officer

Roman Tuma is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in driving revenue growth and business transformation. As Chief Revenue Officer at NetWitness and Checkmarx, and previously Vice President at IBM, he led significant expansions in cloud integration and security across Asia Pacific. 

Roman’s leadership was pivotal in transforming IBM Security, achieving notable headcount and revenue growth. Known for his strategic vision and ability to build high-performing teams, he excels in optimizing sales processes and developing innovative go-to-market strategies. 

With a strong foundation from his early career in technology startups, Roman’s approach is defined by collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and fostering talent. He holds a Higher Double Diploma in Electronic Engineering from the National Technology Institute in Prague.
