We know that this is just the start of a long journey and there is much to do. Therefore, we’ll continue to make ESG a key focus and priority. Environmental

Operating within a complex ecosystem and value chain, Exclusive Networks uses its energy and influence to provide solutions to bring about positive impact. That’s why we are committed to collaborating with all our stakeholders to contribute reducing the environmental impact of digital technology.

Exclusive Network Greenhouse gas emissions

In 2023, Exclusive Networks carried out a major project in order to identify and calculate its full 3-scopes carbon footprint, according to the GHG Protocol standard and the latest scientific available data. Exhaustive measurement of Scope 3 emissions will enable us to identify the actions to implement for reducing the Group greenhouse gas emissions, and plan them with a view to our decarbonation trajectory.

Based in this project, Exclusive Networks 2022* consolidated greenhouse gas emissions amounted to 785,568 t CO2e (tons of carbon equivalent). Like other companies whose activity is entirely tertiary, more than 99% of the Group carbon emissions fall under the Scope 3, i.e., upstream and downstream of our own operations.

Breakdown of CO2 emissions by category

The chart illustrates the Exclusive Networks’ main carbon footprint issues, with the Purchased goods and services accounting for 50% of the total, and the Use of sold products accounting for 45%.

The Exclusive Networks Group is strongly committed to adopting and promoting honest and ethical behaviour in all its relationships and with all its partners. This principle has led the Group to define rules of conduct in terms of ethics, intended for its employees as well as for all its business partners and stakeholders.

A dedicated organization has been in place since 2013 to develop and manage the compliance program.

Whistle Blowing

Exclusive Networks has set up a whistleblowing system in all the countries where it operates, allowing any employee or external person to notify the Group in a confidential and secure manner of any facts that may violate the principles of the Code of Conduct, particularly in the case of corruption.

All reports are treated confidentially under the supervision of the Group’s Ethics Officer, ensuring that there are no sanctions or retaliatory measures for any person who makes a report in good faith. This principle is guaranteed by the Group and reaffirmed in the whistleblowing procedure.
